Let your music live inside Emerge Paint.

I represent that I own or am authorized to grant the rights required for each submitted musical composition, lyric, arrangement, performance, and sound recording. For each submitted recording, I grant RBT LABS LLC, through Geist.ing and Emerge Paint, a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, reproduce, transcode, analyze, publicly perform and display, and synchronize that recording with artwork generated by Emerge Paint; to let Geist.ing users create, view, download, share, print, sell, and otherwise commercially use those authorized outputs; and to display the track, artist identity, attribution, and resulting artwork in connection with Geist.ing and Emerge Paint. I retain ownership of my music. I may request that the track be removed from future creation through the Geist.ing removal process. Outputs already lawfully created or downloaded remain governed by the terms in effect when they were created. Each authorization makes only its submitted recording eligible for Emerge Paint. If I have activated a public Musical Artist Portal, each approved recording will appear there by default, and I may customize or hide it at any time. This authorization does not activate an Artist Portal or enroll me in any other current or future artist opportunity in The Geist; every such opportunity requires my separate affirmative approval.
